Account Information: When you subscribe to the Strategy Lab, we collect your email address and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store credit card numbers).
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, features used, and agent configurations created.
Technical Data: We may collect browser type, IP address, and device information for security and analytics purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: provide and maintain the Platform; process subscriptions and payments; create and manage your custom AI agents; improve Platform performance and user experience; communicate important updates about your account; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share data with: Stripe for payment processing; Supabase for data storage and authentication; OpenAI for AI model fine-tuning (training data only, no personal information); and law enforcement when required by law.
4. AI Training Data
When you use the Strategy Lab, your strategy configuration (stock selection, strategy type, risk parameters) is used to create a custom AI model. This training data does not include any personally identifiable information. The resulting AI model is associated with your account and is not shared with other users.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure payment processing via Stripe, and access controls on all data stores. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Trading decisions and analysis generated by your agents are retained for the duration of your subscription. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at hello@obulos.com.
7. Cookies
The Platform uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; opt out of non-essential communications; and export your data in a portable format.
9. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or Platform notification.
