Obulos provides an AI-powered platform that generates and displays simulated investment decisions, market analysis, and agent-based trading strategies. The platform includes:

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By using Obulos you represent that you meet these requirements.
Obulos is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. The Service does not provide personalized investment advice. Information and outputs from the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any investment, trading, or financial decisions you make. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.
Decisions, analyses, summaries, and reasoning chains shown on the Service are generated by artificial intelligence systems. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, hallucinations, biases, or stale information. We make no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI output. You acknowledge that AI systems are imperfect and that you use AI-generated content at your own risk.
Note: Obulos is currently in an early-access beta and is not accepting paid subscriptions at this time. The terms in this section describe how paid plans operate if and when they become available. Some features require account registration through our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Paid subscriptions, when offered, are processed through Stripe and governed by the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion.

All software, models, prompts, code, designs, and proprietary methodologies on the Service are owned by us or our licensors. The Service uses patent-pending decision intelligence architecture (USPTO Provisional #64/047,863). You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes during the term of your subscription. You retain no rights to the underlying technology.
The Service uses third-party data providers including but not limited to Polygon.io, EODHD, and various large language model APIs. We do not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of third-party data. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or disruptions caused by third parties.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR FREEDOM FROM ERRORS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Obulos, its operators, affiliates, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action.
