1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Obulos ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Obulos is an AI-powered market intelligence platform that provides automated trading analysis, decision logging, and strategy backtesting. The Platform operates autonomous AI agents that analyze market data and generate trading signals.
3. Not Financial Advice
IMPORTANT: Obulos does NOT provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals intended for real-money execution. All analysis, decisions, and signals generated by the Platform are for informational and educational purposes only. The Platform operates in a paper trading simulation environment. No real money is at risk. You should not make any financial decisions based solely on the output of this Platform. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
4. Paper Trading Simulation
All trading activity displayed on the Platform is simulated. Portfolio values, profit/loss figures, and performance metrics are hypothetical and do not represent actual trading results. Past simulated performance does not guarantee future results.
5. AI-Generated Analysis
All analysis on the Platform is generated by artificial intelligence models. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. The Platform makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated analysis. Users acknowledge that AI models can produce incorrect or misleading outputs.
6. Strategy Lab & Fine-Tuning
The Strategy Lab allows users to create custom AI trading agents through fine-tuning. Users are responsible for evaluating the performance of their custom agents. Obulos does not guarantee any level of performance for custom or pre-built agents. Subscription fees for the Strategy Lab are non-refundable after the fine-tuning process has begun.
7. Data Usage
Market data displayed on the Platform is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed. The Platform uses data from sources including but not limited to Polygon.io, Finnhub, and FRED. Obulos does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of third-party data.
8. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, code, models, and designs on the Platform are the intellectual property of Obulos. Users may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Obulos shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from decisions made based on Platform outputs.
11. Modifications
Obulos reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
